I know what it means to rebuild — not just an ankle, but trust in your body.
My journey began with traumatic ankle fractures at 22, followed by multiple surgeries, hardware removal, plantar fasciitis, severe osteoarthritis, knee injuries, and ultimately ankle replacement. I have lived through the fear, frustration, pain, and uncertainty that can come with a long and complicated recovery.
I know what it feels like when your mind is ready to move forward, but your body still needs time, patience, and guidance. I understand the moments of doubt, the setbacks, and the questions that come when you feel like something is missing — especially when traditional rehabilitation doesn’t address the whole picture.
With a background in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, massage therapy, and bodywork, combined with years of exploring the connection between the mind and body, I bring both professional knowledge and personal experience to the recovery process.
I created Rebuild Your Ankle to help ankle surgery patients reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and continue progressing beyond physical therapy. Through practical tools, compassionate education, and a deeper understanding of the healing process, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and capable of moving forward again.
