Build sustainable function Connect recovery work back to real life, movement, activity, and confidence.
Heal from the inside out Use physical, emotional, mental, and subtle spiritual tools in a grounded way.
The course foundation

The 3 pillars of rebuilding trust in your ankle.

These pillars help guide the recovery process from a place of clarity, connection, and sustainable action.

1

Intention

Your intention is your anchor. Recovery isn’t always a straight line, and motivation naturally changes along the way. Your intention is what you return to when the excitement fades, progress feels slow, or challenges show up. It reconnects you with why you started and helps guide your choices throughout your healing journey.

2

Awareness

Awareness is the beginning of change. Healing starts with learning to listen to your body. Developing awareness helps you recognize patterns, understand your limitations, identify what your body needs, and make informed choices that support your recovery. When you become aware, you create the opportunity to change.

3

Consistency

Consistency is what creates sustainable change. True progress comes from the small actions you repeat over time. Consistency builds trust with your body, supports long-term improvements, and transforms recovery from something you “do” into something you integrate into your life.

Why Christina created this

I know what it means to rebuild — not just an ankle, but trust in your body.

My journey began with traumatic ankle fractures at 22, followed by multiple surgeries, hardware removal, plantar fasciitis, severe osteoarthritis, knee injuries, and ultimately ankle replacement. I have lived through the fear, frustration, pain, and uncertainty that can come with a long and complicated recovery.

I know what it feels like when your mind is ready to move forward, but your body still needs time, patience, and guidance. I understand the moments of doubt, the setbacks, and the questions that come when you feel like something is missing — especially when traditional rehabilitation doesn’t address the whole picture.

With a background in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, massage therapy, and bodywork, combined with years of exploring the connection between the mind and body, I bring both professional knowledge and personal experience to the recovery process.

I created Rebuild Your Ankle to help ankle surgery patients reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and continue progressing beyond physical therapy. Through practical tools, compassionate education, and a deeper understanding of the healing process, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and capable of moving forward again.
